2 Factors That Determine The Best Times of Day for Drinking Tea

While we’re tempted to answer that the best time of day to drink tea is all the time, there are in fact certain points of the day in which drinking tea is more beneficial for your body.
The reason for this is twofold. First, tea supports your digestive system. Second, it contains caffeine.
Therefore, the prime times for drinking tea are after breakfast and after lunch because these are the times of day in which energy levels are typically lower.
In general, it’s best to drink a cup of tea about 20 minutes after each meal. The tea helps in digesting the food and its caffeine contents help to prevent the “food coma” sometimes experienced after consuming large amounts of food.
