5 Health Benefits of Strawberries
Strawberries is one of the world’s most loved fruits but can also be overlooked because of its easy accessibility. However, strawberries have loads of amazing health benefits that they may as well be called a superfood!
 1. Protects the Heart
At least three servings of strawberries per week can preserve heart function and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases or heart attacks. The anthocyanins, a group of flavonoids in strawberries, possess anti-inflammatory qualities and there also are significant amounts of polyphenols that help reduce blood pressure.
2. Benefits Diabetics
Strawberries are known for their sweetness, but they have a low glycemic index but are high in fiber. Since diabetics have to avoid sugary foods to keep their insulin levels steady, strawberries are a great choice fruit to snack on!
3. Strengthens the Immune System
Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, which are full of antioxidants that neutralize free radicals and thus strengthens your immune system!
4. Helps Prevent Cancer
Strawberries contain vitamin C, as well as anthocyanins, kaempferol, folate, and quercetin to just name a few. These flavonoids make up the antioxidant and anticarcinogenic qualities of strawberries. A daily serving of this fruit will reduce the risk of oxidation and tumor growth by strengthening your body’s response to these dangers.
5. Anti-aging for Skin
Again, strawberries are potent with vitamin C, which reduces the skin from gaining fine lines, dullness, and wrinkles. Strawberries also contain ellagic acid, an antioxidant that promotes collagen growth and provides UV protection!

What a Beau'tea'
Â
There is a wonderful quote by Antonio Banderas, 'I drink a bucket of white tea in the morning. I read about this tea of the Emperor of China, which is supposedly the tea of eternal youth. It's called Silver Needle.' The tea of eternal youth, it sure has a good ring to it and i have to tell you, that is the perfect description for this kind of tea.
Silver Needle has an abundance of health benefits due to all the amazing antioxidants contained within, it also contains many beauty benefits particularly when it comes to skin. There are certain plant extracts found within Silver Needle tea leaves that act as protection for the two main proteins in the skin: ELASTIN and COLLAGEN. I'm sure you are all quite familiar with these two words, and i am sure that if there was a natural way of protecting and healing both elastin and collagen in your skin you would pounce on it right!? I mean who doesn't want eternal youthful looking skin?? Not only does silver needle protect the skin from damage, it has also been proven to heal the damage that occurs from the suns rays. In simple terms silver needle helps make your skin tighter, brighter and fuller, all you need to do is drink it everyday. Easy!
+ ANTI-AGING
+ PROTECTS AND HEALS SKIN
+ BRIGHTENS EYES
+ WHITENS TEETH
+ TIGHTENS SKIN
+ GLOWING COMPLEXION
Skin is not the only part of the body that benefits from silver needle, these tea leaves also contain small amounts of fluoride, which can drastically improve oral health, giving you a nice white shiny smile. It is not like other tea and coffee that can actually stain your teeth.
